These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blisswell: Sexual Wellness app ("Blisswell", "the app", "we", "us"), operated by GMY Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Blisswell. By using the app, you represent that you are an adult and legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Not medical or professional advice

Important. Blisswell is a wellness and educational tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare or mental-health professional. Always seek the advice of a professional for any medical or psychological condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or accessed in the app. If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Blisswell contains no pornographic or adult-entertainment content. All content is intended for wellness and educational purposes only.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app or its content.

5. Subscriptions and payments

The app is free to download and includes free content. Blisswell Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks all chapters, sessions, and premium features.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID / App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region and change over time. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.
If one partner in Couple Mode holds an active Pro subscription, connected partner features may be made available to the other partner as described in the app.

6. Couple Mode and user content

If you use Couple Mode, content you submit in shared exercises may be visible to your connected partner. Only connect with people you trust. You are responsible for the content you create and share. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, disrupting its operation, using it for any unlawful purpose, or infringing the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its content, design, text, graphics, and the Blisswell brand are owned by GMY Bilişim or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMY Bilişim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the app in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
