Blisswell
RELATIONSHIP ASSESSMENT

The relationship assessment begins.

20-25 questions depending on your situation, about 3-4 minutes.

Questions change with your answers; you are never asked about what is not part of your relationship.

Answer as honestly as you can — the plan is built from exactly what you say.

Not a psychometric scale or a diagnostic tool.

What is the relationship assessment?

Blisswell’s relationship assessment is a free set of questions built to find which part of your relationship is asking for attention right now. No sign-up, no payment — at the end you get a wellbeing plan of your own.

The questions are not a fixed list. They change direction with your answers, and you are never asked about something that is not part of your relationship. No two people see the same questions or receive the same plan.

How it works

  1. Answer20-25 questions depending on your situation, about 3-4 minutes. There are no right or wrong answers.
  2. Topics get orderedYour answers are prioritised across 37 topics: communication, emotional and physical intimacy, trust, conflict, money, family boundaries, a shared future and more.
  3. Get your planYour twelve-step wellbeing plan appears in order. You can save it to an account and carry on in the app where you left off.

What the wellbeing plan contains

The plan is a twelve-step sequence for your relationship: which topic is worth working on first, what to do at each step, and how to tie it to a daily rhythm.

There is no score, no diagnosis, no one is evaluated. The assessment suggests an order of priority; it makes no judgement about how “good” your relationship is.

Where do my answers go?

The assessment runs in your browser. Unless you choose to save the plan to an account, your answers never leave your device — you can complete the whole thing without signing up.

The rhythm that carries the plan

Every day · Question of the Day — you each write separately; it opens when both are done.
Every week · Weekly Couple Ritual — a structured 20-minute meeting.
Every month · Relationship Compass — a short check-in; it scores no one, it shows direction.

The questions and modules are adapted from the most-cited research traditions in couple relationships and sexual health — attachment, emotion-focused work, and circular models of desire. The scoring is not a scale; it orders topics by priority.
